We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to support branding, lead generation, content strategy, and digital marketing initiatives across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing & social media strategies
• Manage content calendars and campaigns
• Coordinate promotional activities and brand messaging
• Support lead generation and outreach
• Analyze marketing performance and reporting

Requirements

• Portfolio/work samples are required

(campaigns, social media pages, designs, or case studies)

• Background in marketing / digital marketing / communications
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Good communication & content writing skills
• Real estate or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation & Growth

Salary starts at AED 2,500,
with structured incremental increases as per HR policy.
