Marketing Executive – Meta Ads, Lead Generation, Social Media & Website Management

We are looking for a talented and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage our social media accounts, run lead-generation campaigns, create content, and contribute to the overall marketing growth of our real estate business with minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market. The candidate must be strong in Meta Ads, social media management, and basic website updates/management.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads for real estate lead generation.

Monitor daily campaign performance and reduce CPL.

Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Plan monthly content calendar and coordinate with designers/videographers.

Upload property listings and update website content regularly (WordPress or similar CMS).

Track SEO basics and ensure the website stays updated with new projects.

Provide weekly performance reports to management.

Handle CRM leads and coordinate with sales team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai real estate marketing (mandatory).

Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

Solid understanding of social media, content trends, and engagement.

Basic website management skills (WordPress, Wix, or similar).

Knowledge of Canva / basic editing is a plus.

Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills.

Salary:

AED 4,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)
