Job Description:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase awareness and usage of the Scan Center's services aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and trends within the scanning industry.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, digital ads, etc.) to attract and engage customers.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure they meet company goals and KPIs.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials, both digital and print.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce marketing collateral (brochures, posters, flyers, social media visuals).
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email newsletters.
- Develop case studies, customer testimonials, and other content that showcases the benefits of the Scan Center's services.
- Foster relationships with existing and potential customers through personalized outreach.
- Organize and manage events, webinars, or promotional activities that engage and educate customers about Scan Center services.
- Manage and optimize the Scan Center’s online presence through SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising (PPC).
- Improve search engine rankings for relevant keywords related to scanning services.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to recommend adjustments to the marketing plan.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
- A candidate with prior experience in Scan Centre is preferrable (2 to 5 years)
