Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ship chandelling, import/export, and logistics services.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including ship owners, managers, port agents, and logistics firms.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate follow-ups to secure business.
- Utilize knowledge of import/export processes to support customer inquiries and marketing materials
- Prepare marketing content including brochures, proposals, and presentations.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and documentation teams to ensure service excellence.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Shipping Management, Logistics, or a related maritime field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing within ship chandelling, import/export, or logistics industries.
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance, documentation, and international shipping regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales and marketing targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Preferred:
- Experience of dealing with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and trade compliance.
- Familiarity with the maritime supply chain and port operation.
Experience in any of the ports and Gulf Experience is plus
