Marketing Executive - Social media creator

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive – Social Media Creator to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, visual storytelling, and developing monthly social media strategies that align with brand objectives and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute monthly social media content plans aligned with marketing goals
• Create high-quality photo and video content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end content production including shooting, editing, caption writing, and publishing
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand tone across all accounts
• Plan and schedule posts using content calendars
• Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly reports with improvement recommendations
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to support campaigns and promotions
• Handle community management including responding to comments and messages

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Ability to develop structured monthly content strategies
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in F&B or lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising
• Basic graphic design skills

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
