Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote solar energy products and services. This role involves market research, lead generation, branding, digital marketing, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote solar panels, inverters, and renewable energy solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels.
• Manage and update digital marketing platforms (website, SEO, social media, Google Ads, email campaigns, etc.).
• Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions related to the solar and renewable energy sector.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Prepare marketing analytics reports to track ROI and campaign performance.
• Develop partnerships with installers, contractors, and distributors to increase brand reach.
• Manage customer feedback and support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with government policies, subsidies, and trends in renewable energy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
• Willingness to travel for marketing events and client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
