Marketing Executive — Store & Aggregator (Specialty Café)

Full Job Description

The Marketing Executive (store-level) is a hands-on role responsible for planning and executing local marketing activities at the store level, managing the café’s aggregator listings & promotions, and supporting regional campaigns.

You’ll be the link between operations, brand, and third-party delivery partners , focused on driving sales, improving visibility, and ensuring excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities;

Local / In-store marketing

Plan and run in-store promotions, seasonal activations and point-of-sale merchandising.

Maintain visual merchandising standards, window displays and daily signage.

Produce short-form local content (photos, captions, reels) for brand channels and store social pages.

Coordinate local partnerships, campus/office outreach and event stand-ins.

Train store staff on promo mechanics, up-sell scripts and front-line marketing checks.

Monitor guest feedback and in-store KPI impacts; implement quick fixes with operations.

Aggregator & marketplace management

✅️Own day-to-day management of aggregator accounts (Talabat, Deliveroo, Zomato, etc.):

✅️Update menus, SKUs, descriptions, images, pricing and add-ons.

✅️Set and monitor promos, coupons, and sponsored placements.

✅️Coordinate launch / delisting of items and limited-time offers with kitchen & operations.

✅️Reconcile aggregator commissions, promos, and sales reports; raise discrepancies.

✅️Track aggregator promo ROI and recommend optimisation (timing, discounts, creative).

✅️Maintain promotional calendar and ensure offers don’t conflict across channels.

Brand & compliance

✅️Ensure all local activations comply with brand guidelines and municipal/food safety rules.

✅️Coordinate with central marketing for asset requests, approvals and campaign alignment.

✅️KPIs (what success looks like)

% uplift in weekly net sales from local promotions

✅️Promo ROI (sales uplift vs marketing cost)

Required skills & experience

3–5 years marketing experience (F&B or retail preferred); or demonstrable hands-on store marketing experience

Prior aggregator or marketplace experience (Talabat / Deliveroo / Zomato) — mandatory

Strong practical content skills (smartphone photography, short videos, basic editing)

Comfortable with face-to-face in-store coordination and weekend activation support

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination (ops, central marketing, 3rd parties)

Highly organised, detail-oriented, comfortable working under pressure

Nice to have

Bilingual: Arabic & English

Basic graphic design skills (Canva) and copywriting for short captions

Experience with basic POS / menu management systems

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field preferred (not mandatory with relevant experience)
