Content Creation: Create content for our marketing initiatives like Interview Series and publish on different channels.

Edit & enhance interview-style videos - Add text overlays, transitions, intros/outros, captions, & motion graphics and ensure smooth audio-video sync, color correction, and brand consistency.

Create engaging short-form content - Repurpose long interviews into Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn snippets optimized for each platform.

Design and maintain brand identity - Develop and follow brand guidelines, SOPs, and templates for fonts, colors, logos, and overall visual consistency across all videos.

Drive setting up interviews - Ensure conducting quality interviews with personas from different customer segments.
Preferred Qualifications:

Content Writing Skills: Able to create strong engaging content for marketing initiatives..

Experience with video editing tools, such as Canva, Photoshop or Adobe Premier Pro is a plus.

Platform know-how of YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram best practices for video content.
