Job Summary

We are hiring Marketing Executives to promote Met Weigh India’s weighbridges and concrete batching plants, develop new business opportunities, meet potential clients, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. This is a field-oriented role with strong growth and incentive potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads from construction companies, EPC contractors, infrastructure firms, mining units, logistics companies, and government departments.
• Promote company products through client meetings, site visits, presentations, and demos.
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and expansion requirements in assigned territories.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with technical, service, and production teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, consultants, and procurement teams.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
• Submit daily/weekly marketing reports and lead status updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / MBA (Marketing) / Any Graduate.
• 1–5 years experience in B2B marketing or sales of industrial equipment, construction machinery, infrastructure or engineering products.
• Candidates with experience in weighbridges, batching plants, construction equipment, or heavy machinery will be preferred.

Essential Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical products clearly to customers.
• Result-oriented with focus on order closing.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting).

Salary & Marketing Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
