Key Responsibilities:1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze customer preferences, feedback, and behavior to guide marketing decisions.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing trends, and return on marketing investments (ROI).

2. Branding & Promotion

  • Develop and maintain the company’s brand image across all communication platforms.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with design teams for brochures, product catalogs, signage, and digital creatives.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Manage online presence through the company website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns such as SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Monitor online engagement, traffic, and inquiries, and convert leads into business opportunities.

4. Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with clients and dealers for marketing support and feedback.
  • Track sales performance against marketing initiatives.

5. Communication & Public Relations

  • Develop strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate media relations and press releases.
  • Handle customer communications for product updates, new launches, and offers.

6. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Plan annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing activity reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with branding, advertising, and event management.
  • Teamwork, time management, and multitasking ability.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred).

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the wood, furniture, or manufacturing industry.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
