Marketing Expert - Cold Calling / Email / Social Media

NC Tree Experts is a growing tree service company focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial tree work. We are expanding and looking for a driven marketing professional to help us generate consistent job flow and secure long-term contracts with HOA and property management companies.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Outreach Specialist to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.

Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and secure ongoing tree service contracts, especially with HOA boards, property management companies, and commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Outreach

• Make cold calls to property managers, HOA boards, real estate managers, and commercial property owners
• Send cold email campaigns to targeted lead lists
• Follow up consistently to convert prospects into booked estimates
• Track outreach efforts and results

Contract Development

• Identify and approach HOA and management companies
• Present NC Tree Experts as their go-to tree service vendor
• Help secure recurring contracts for ongoing neighborhood work

Social Media & Online Presence

• Manage and grow Instagram (posts, reels, engagement)
• Manage Facebook business page and local marketing
• Create engaging content showcasing jobs, before/afters, testimonials
• Develop strategies to increase visibility and inbound leads

Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing

• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Improve Google Business Profile visibility
• Explore additional outreach channels as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, lead generation, or business development
• Comfortable with cold calling and direct outreach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Organized and able to track metrics

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
