Marketing Expert Need to Manage Large Restaurant Chain

Mukbang Shows Restaurant is the UAE’s No. 1 Korean BBQ and Seafood restaurant with five exciting branches across Abu Dhabi and Dubai — including our newest location at Dubai World Trade Centre. We’re known for our sizzling Korean BBQ experience, delicious seafood, and vibrant dining atmosphere.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Expert who can bring fresh energy to our digital and local marketing efforts.

Role Overview

The Marketing Expert will lead all aspects of social media, SEO, and local search marketing for our 5 branches. You’ll manage our online visibility, create engaging content, and ensure Mukbang Shows remains a must-visit destination across the UAE.

You’ll collaborate with our management team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that attract diners, drive foot traffic, and increase brand awareness across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy for all branches (content calendar, scheduling, engagement).
• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business profiles.
• Improve SEO and local search rankings (Google Maps, keywords, and blog optimization).
• Work with photographers and videographers to create and oversee reels, stories, and posts regularly.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing use (restaurant, dishes, and events).
• Collaborate on paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) to drive reservations and awareness.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize reach and conversions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant, F&B, or hospitality marketing.
• Strong skills in social media content creation, SEO, and Google My Business optimization.
• Ability to shoot and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok).
• Understanding of local search marketing and online reviews.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
• Must be based in the UAE and able to visit branches as needed.
