Job Description:

We are seeking candidates who have experience in the luxury automobile industry (such as Audi, MG, Mercedes) or the banking sector (UNI, AHNI/Altra). If you have a background in these industries, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on engaging HNIs and generating leads for Palm Jumeirah Indore.
  • Use targeted outreach and industry-specific methods to connect with potential investors.
  • HNI Engagement & Relationship Building:
  • Engage with HNI contacts through personalized messaging, exclusive content, and relationship-building activities.
  • Organize virtual and in-person events to showcase the Palm Jumeirah Indore project to high-value clients.
  • Build and maintain connections with influential figures in the industry to expand our network among HNIs.
  • Sales & Lead Conversion:
  • Generate leads by identifying and reaching out to HNIs interested in high-end real estate investments.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads, convert interest into sales, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Implement follow-up strategies to maintain ongoing relationships with clients post-sale.
  • Content Creation & Marketing:
  • Create content that resonates with HNIs, including posts, articles, and promotional materials highlighting the luxury, exclusivity, and innovative features of Palm Jumeirah Indore.
  • Curate testimonials, success stories, and project updates that enhance our credibility and appeal to HNIs.
  • Analytics & Campaign Performance:
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize outreach and improve ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools to refine strategies, increase engagement, and maximize lead generation.
  • Set KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns in driving sales and HNI conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically targeting HNIs in luxury real estate or high-value investment sectors.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a flair for connecting with affluent clients.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads among HNIs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the luxury automobile industry (Audi, MG, Mercedes) or banking sector (UNI, AHNI/Altra).
  • Familiarity with Indore’s luxury market and investment landscape.
