Position Overview
We are a software development service provider specializing in Startup Product Development and Enterprise Software Solutions. We are looking for a Marketing Expert for the US market.
What we do NOT want: Someone who just follows a checklist (post on LinkedIn, update Clutch, send emails).
What we DO want: Someone who brings new ideas to grow our US client pipeline. Google Ads. SEO. Partner programs. Referral loops. Community building. Webinars. Cold outbound 2.0. Or something we have never heard of.

- Propose, test, and scale new marketing channels for the US software services market
- Own our presence on platforms like Clutch, Upwork, GoodFirms, and G2 Services – but only if they deliver ROI
- Develop case studies, capability decks, and SEO-optimized content that builds trust with US buyers
- Research how US startups and enterprises actually find development partners – and find the gaps
- Build a predictable, repeatable pipeline of US leads (startup founders + enterprise IT decision-makers)
What We Want You to Bring
Must-Have:
- 3+ years marketing IT services, software development, or agency services to US buyers
- Hands-on experience with at least two of these: Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, outbound
- Data-driven mindset , you test, measure, and optimize (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
- Ability to write service-focused content that converts (case studies, landing pages, proposals)
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar
Nice-to-Have:
- Existing network of US-based VCs, accelerators, or startup founders
- Experience with staff augmentation or outsourced product development messaging
- Understanding of US pricing expectations (hourly vs. fixed vs. equity)
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
