Marketing Generalist

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist who can own and execute all marketing activities at Nexilis. This role is ideal for a self-driven marketer who can manage content, campaigns, social presence, lead generation, and branding end-to-end — working closely with the founder and sales team.

You will be responsible for driving inbound leads, managing our digital presence, and building Nexilis into a thought leader in AI vision and edge computing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation

· Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified inbound leads

· Manage CRM entries and support outbound sales with content

· Experiment with LinkedIn ads, email campaigns, SEO, and webinars

2. Content & Branding

· Write and publish case studies, blogs, newsletters, and website content

· Develop sales collaterals (brochures, one-pagers, decks) with design support

· Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels

3. Website & SEO

· Manage and update the Nexilis website (WordPress / Webflow / similar)

· Optimize pages for SEO, create landing pages for campaigns

· Track analytics (Google Analytics / Search Console)

4. Social Media & Thought Leadership

· Own Nexilis LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other relevant channels

· Schedule and publish 2–3 high-quality posts per week (with visuals)

· Engage with the AI, vision, and startup ecosystem online

5. Analytics & Reporting

· Track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead quality

· Use data to refine campaigns and content strategy

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

· 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing / B2B marketing

· Strong writing and storytelling skills (tech-savvy content is a big plus)

· Familiar with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, SEO, Google Analytics

· Basic design ability (Canva/Figma) — able to coordinate with designers if needed

· Comfortable working in a startup environment — wearing multiple hats

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
