LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, Inc., (“LAN”) is a mid-sized multi-disciplined architectural and engineering firm. The firm has more than 60 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry across a wide range of markets including education, state/municipal, commercial/corporate, senior living, faith based, and other private and public clients.

The marketing department is seeking a full-time Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to join their team! This blended role offers an opportunity to grow your experience and apply your skills by contributing to many facets of LAN’s digital marketing efforts and graphic design needs.

The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator is responsible for supporting content creation, web design and analytics, email marketing, social media, awards submissions, press releases, photoshoots, graphic requests, and proposal layout and formatting. Having a strong foundation in graphic design principles, layout, and branding will contribute to the broader marketing strategy and digital marketing initiatives.

Applicants should have strong organizational and written communication skills. This includes the ability to copy-edit writing for spelling and grammar and the ability to summarize complicated technical information in a digestible form. The role requires someone who is a collaborative team member, likes to multi-task, and can handle multiple projects with deadlines simultaneously. We are looking for a marketing star who is creative, curious, and motivated.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications:

• Support the Marketing Manager in developing communications for website, press releases, thought leadership, social media, and email campaigns to grow client acquisition, as well as improve client retention
• Support the design and preparation of company, staff, and project award submissions
• Write and design project experience marketing sheets and staff resumes
• Assist with editing copy for marketing materials and proposal packages
• Contribute to coordinating and attending professional photoshoots for projects

Graphic Design & Visual Communication:

· Act as the team’s Resident graphic designer bringing creative personality to enhance digital materials and firm branding

· Create graphics and visual content for the website, email campaigns, social media, awards, and more

· Support design and preparation for various presentations, pitch materials, internal reports, and the newsletter

· Support the Proposal Manager in designing and producing proposals, RFP/RFQ’s, with a focus on layout, formatting, and branding

Skill Set:

· Demonstrate strong written, communication, and verbal skills;

· Strong graphic design skills

· Be a team player while also being an independent worker;

· Proficient in Word processing software;

· Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

· Creative thinker and passionate writer who is detail-oriented;

· Must have an eye for brand consistency and design;

· Experience in the AEC industry a plus

Education/Certification Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
