Marketing Graphic Design Internship

Our Marine organization is a trusted provider of innovative solutions for the worldwide boating and boat building industry, and we recently expanded our scope to lead the boating industry into an electrified future. Dometic has won numerous NMMA Innovation Awards over the years and we are always striving for new ways to make boating easier, safer, and more enjoyable.

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Marketing Graphic Designer Intern to support our marketing team. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to assist in the rebranding of packaging across our full product line.

Internship program will begin on June 1st through August 7th, 2026, located in our Litchfield, Illinois office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing updated product packaging and branding materials
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, print materials, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent brand identity across all projects
• Prepare files and artwork for printing and production
• Support various design needs as assigned

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this role will have completed at least their sophomore year and demonstrated experience with adobe creative cloud. Additionally, they will have acquired the following qualifications and experiences:

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong eye for layout, color, and typography
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Portfolio or samples of design work preferred
• Onsite work: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm schedule

To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Graphic Design, Marketing, or related program
• Previous internship experience with product marketing and/or graphic design
• Creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills
