Position Overview:

Carmi Flavors is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support our brand, sales team, and product initiatives through compelling visual communication and strategic marketing execution.

This role combines hands-on graphic design with marketing coordination and content development to elevate our brand presence across digital, print, trade shows, and customer-facing materials.

This position will play a key role in revamping and modernizing our company website, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance user experience, strengthen brand messaging, and improve digital engagement.

The ideal candidate is both creative and organized. We are looking for someone who can translate technical product information into visually engaging and market-ready content.

Compensation: $40–$60 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

  • Design sales materials including brochures, product sheets, presentations, and catalogs
  • Create digital assets for website, email campaigns, and social media
  • Develop trade show graphics, booth materials, signage, and promotional items
  • Maintain brand consistency
  • Support packaging mockups and product launch materials

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate content creation for website, newsletters, and social media
  • Support new product launches with integrated marketing materials
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop customized customer presentations
  • Manage and organize marketing asset library

Website Revamp Initiative

  • Participate in the redesign and restructuring of the Carmi Flavors website
  • Assist with content development, visual direction, and layout concepts
  • Collaborate with external web developers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency, messaging clarity, and strong visual storytelling
  • Support ongoing website updates and digital optimization

Brand & Content Development

  • Help refine and maintain brand standards
  • Assist in photography coordination (product, lab, applications)
  • Support video content development (concepting, editing coordination if applicable)
  • Track marketing project timelines and deadlines

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
  • Strong layout, typography, and branding skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B marketing (food, ingredients, manufacturing, or related industry a plus)
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools
  • Understanding of print production processes
