Eric’sons Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist with strong Adobe InDesign expertise to create professional print and digital marketing materials supporting our engineered infrastructure products.

This role is fully remote , but candidates must live in Virginia Beach, VA to attend weekly team meetups.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brochures, catalogs, technical literature, and digital publications using Adobe InDesign
• Utilize style sheets, master pages, and tables for structured publication layouts
• Create graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Edit marketing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Support email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and social media content
• Assist with YouTube content and marketing videos

Required Skills

• Advanced Adobe InDesign (style sheets, tables, long-form layout)
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Experience producing both print and digital publications
• Familiarity with email marketing and LinkedIn/social media posting
• Strong attention to detail and layout consistency

Preferred

• YouTube content or video marketing experience
• GA analytics experience a bonus
