Marketing Graphic Designer
Triple Crown Products is an apparel and promotional products company that has been in business for over 40 years, and is looking for a marketing graphic designer to help design company artwork and promote our business goals.
Position Summary
The Marketing Graphic Designer creates high-quality visual assets that support our brand and drive customer engagement. This role is responsible for designing logos, producing promotional flyers and catalogs, creating website and media graphics, and developing polished company presentations. The ideal candidate brings strong creative skills, a collaborative mindset, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure every project reflects our brand standards and meets marketing objectives.
Primary Job Responsibilities
● Create visually engaging print and digital materials for marketing, sales, operations, and internal documents
● Develop company logos to be used across marketing materials
● Design page layouts for catalogs, flyers, and other marketing collateral
● Produce content for both print and web, including social media, promotional emails, website, and promotional campaigns
● Design and develop custom headwear samples, including creating and adapting logos that align with brand identity and fit within established product style guidelines
● Assist with product photography and photo shoots to support marketing materials
● Stay up-to-date on current marketing and design trends to ensure fresh and relevant visuals
● Collaborate closely with the marketing team and communicate effectively with management and co-workers
● Demonstrate flexibility to learn new skills and processes as part of a small, dynamic marketing team
Qualifications
● Degree in graphic design with strong portfolio
● Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand standards
● Strong communication and collaboration skills
● Understanding of marketing principles and campaign-focused design
● Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
● Ability to work independently and in a team
● Experience in digital photography a plus
● Experience in social media marketing a plus
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, CorelDraw (preferred but not required)
● Ability to work Monday - Friday in office, with flexible hours, when needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
