Marketing Graphic Designer

About Us

Since 1949, Illini has partnered with promotional product distributors across the country to design and deliver distinctive products across corporate, education, healthcare, and retail markets. As a family-owned business, we’ve built our reputation on quality, reliability, and long-term relationships.

Our team develops, sources, prints, and assembles a wide range of tabletop & kitchenware, bar accessories, office & desktop items, pet & baby items, and seasonal promotions. With in-house printing, assembly capabilities, and a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse, we operate as a hands-on, product-focused organization.

We move quickly, collaborate closely across departments, and take pride in producing work that is practical, polished, and built to last.

Position Details

We are seeking a Marketing Production Designer to support product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives across print and digital channels.

This is a hands-on design role within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is confident executing structured production work while also contributing thoughtful design input that strengthens overall product presentation and brand consistency.

This role operates in a product-driven, SKU-heavy environment where clarity, speed, and consistency matter just as much as creativity.

This is an onsite position, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (1–2 days per week remote) after successful onboarding and integration into workflow.
