• Can contribute either part-time or full-time, with flexible compensation based on hours committed.
• Is motivated by ownership and performance — with incentives of up to 30% of monthly pay for achieving key results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Design, or Computer Science (or a closely related discipline).
• Equivalent experience in marketing or related work using AI tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & UGC Marketing

• Manage and grow SmartTract’s presence on Instagram, Reddit, and other social platforms.
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) using AI-based tools.
• Coordinate with user-generated content (UGC) creators and edit submissions into engaging ad materials.
• Plan and schedule posts, track engagement, and optimize content strategy.

Advertising & Campaign Support

• Launch and monitor paid ad campaigns across Reddit, Meta and Google.
• Write ad copy and design creatives using AI tools.
• Analyze campaign performance, focusing on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), CTR, and conversions.

SEO & Content Optimization

• Perform keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO improvements.
• Leverage AI-assisted SEO tools to enhance ranking performance.
• Support blog and landing page content optimization to increase organic traffic.

Program Management & Operations

• Maintain the marketing calendar, dashboards, and progress trackers.
• Engage with customers through comments and messages on Reddit and Instagram.
• Track inventory, logistics, and campaign fulfillment tasks requiring precision and organization.
• Provide weekly progress summaries and monthly performance reports.

KPIs & Incentives

• Social Growth: Follower and engagement increase on Instagram and Reddit.
• Content Quality: Consistent production of high-performing videos and posts.
• Traffic & Conversions: Growth in organic visits and improved ROAS.
• Execution Discipline: 95%+ of planned deliverables completed on time.

Performance Incentive: Up to 30% of monthly pay, linked to campaign performance, engagement metrics, and overall contribution quality.

Performance Evaluation & Continuation

At SmartTract, we believe in rewarding performance and ownership.All new hires will go through an initial 30-day performance evaluation period, during which expectations and KPIs will be clearly defined. If performance meets expectations, the role continues with defined KPIs and eligibility for monthly incentives. This ensures fairness, clarity, and a mutual commitment to results from day one.
