Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Growth Intern to contribute to digital marketing, campaign execution, content development, and e-commerce operations.

This role offers hands-on exposure to real brand-building work across influencer collaborations, short-form content, digital platforms, and online retail operations within a growing beauty brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreator & Influencer Marketing

• Source and evaluate beauty creators across Instagram and TikTok

• Manage outreach communication and collaboration coordination

• Oversee workflow from initial contact to content delivery

• Organize and structure partnership documentation and campaign records

Content & Brand Execution

• Contribute to short-form content generation and campaign materials

• Participate in filming and creative execution when needed

• Ensure brand image consistency across social media and marketing assets

Platform & Campaign Operations

• Contribute to campaign coordination across Meta, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms

• Support platform-related workflows and operational execution

• Monitor progress across campaigns and internal marketing initiatives

E-commerce & Operations

• Contribute to day-to-day online retail operations and order workflows

• Participate in fulfillment coordination and internal process management

• Support smooth execution during campaign launches and product releases

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Research emerging beauty trends, consumer behavior, and market movements

• Analyze competitor strategies across social, influencer marketing, and e-commerce

• Translate findings into actionable insights that support brand growth and campaign development

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple workflows

• Interest in beauty, branding, and digital marketing

• Self-motivated and proactive

Bonus:

• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content formats

• Basic experience with short-form editing tools, Cap Cut, Canva, Google Sheets, Excel

• Previous experience in campaign planning, content generation, influencer outreach, and etc.

Role Structure & Development Path

This is a hybrid internship position based in Los Angeles, requiring 2–3 working days per week.

The initial 2–3 months will be an unpaid training and onboarding period focused on learning brand operations, marketing workflows, and internal systems. Upon successful completion and mutual evaluation, there will be an opportunity to transition into a paid in-house role.

The paid position will offer $20 per hour and will require primarily in-office collaboration.
