We are looking for an AMAZING Marketing Manager to help take our marketing to the next level.

The Mission

This person owns marketing.

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute the company’s marketing efforts with a clear focus on qualified leads, brand growth, marketing ROI, and revenue support. This role is responsible for managing outside agencies and vendors, driving marketing performance, identifying new opportunities, and making sure marketing actually gets done.

This is a leadership role, but it is also an execution role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, hold partners accountable, and roll up their sleeves to move initiatives forward.

What This Role Owns

  • Own and execute the overall marketing vision
  • Manage the digital marketing agency and outside vendors
  • Drive lead generation and support revenue growth
  • Strengthen the Glass Design brand across all channels
  • Improve marketing ROI, efficiency, and accountability
  • Identify and implement new marketing opportunities
  • Execute campaigns, content, and initiatives—not just oversee them

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the marketing plan
  • Own lead generation strategy
  • Manage agency and vendor performance
  • Track marketing KPIs, results, and ROI
  • Improve lead quality and marketing effectiveness
  • Work with sales to support revenue goals
  • Oversee social media, website updates, email and text campaigns
  • Help manage content, photos, videos, and marketing assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Coordinate digital and traditional marketing efforts including print, radio, TV, events, signage, and sponsorships
  • Manage marketing automations and integrations, including Zapier
  • Bring new ideas for AI, automation, and innovation
  • Report results and recommendations to leadership

We are looking for someone who is strategic, accountable, organized, creative, and results-driven.

The right person can manage the big picture and the details. They know how to lead marketing, push vendors for results, understand the numbers, and execute consistently. They are not waiting to be told what to do. They take ownership, spot opportunities, and make things happen.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role
  • Experience managing outside vendors and digital marketing agencies
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, performance tracking, and ROI
  • Experience across digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Experience with Zapier integrations or similar automation tools
  • Strong understanding of AI and how to apply it in marketing
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in home improvement, design, construction, remodeling, or showroom-based businesses
  • Experience marketing to homeowners in a local market
  • Strong branding instincts and visual sense
  • Experience supporting both lead generation and brand growth

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
