Our proprietary platforms, SmartChat and Instant Connect, integrate advanced behavioral analytics, algorithmic lead scoring, and API-driven communication protocols to convert high-intent website traffic into qualified pipeline.

As we expand into the United States, we are establishing a dedicated marketing function to architect and execute a U.S.-specific growth strategy aligned with our global brand standards.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Growth Strategy Lead is a professional-level position responsible for the architectural design, strategic execution, and independent management of CommVersion’s U.S. marketing function.

This role requires the application of advanced theoretical knowledge in marketing strategy, consumer behavior, market segmentation, and digital attribution modeling. The incumbent will exercise professional discretion over marketing budget allocation, campaign architecture, and vendor selection while translating complex CRO technology into enterprise-level value propositions.

This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and is essential to the company’s U.S. office expansion.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Architecture

  • Develop and execute the U.S. market positioning strategy
  • Adapt global brand frameworks to American enterprise buyer psychology
  • Establish competitive differentiation within the CRO and marketing technology landscape

Demand Generation Engineering

  • Design and oversee integrated, multi-channel marketing systems across Paid Search, LinkedIn, SEO, and content marketing
  • Develop data-driven acquisition strategies grounded in attribution modeling and performance analytics
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on CAC, conversion rate, and pipeline impact

Independent Budgetary Authority

  • Manage and allocate the U.S. marketing budget
  • Conduct ROI analysis and cost-efficiency modeling
  • Evaluate, select, and oversee marketing vendors and technology platforms

Data Analytics & Attribution Modeling

  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and Tableau to model customer acquisition costs and marketing performance
  • Interpret complex engagement data to inform strategic pivots and resource allocation

Enterprise-Level Content Strategy

  • Lead the development of white papers, industry reports, and case studies
  • Translate API-driven and analytics-based product features into strategic business narratives
  • Support executive-level sales conversations with structured marketing intelligence

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media Strategy, or a related discipline requiring formal academic training in marketing theory and analytics

Professional Skills

  • Advanced experience managing complex SEM, SEO, SMM, and programmatic advertising ecosystems
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing attribution modeling and CAC analysis
  • Proficiency in enterprise marketing platforms (HubSpot, GA4, Tableau or equivalent)
  • High-level strategic copywriting ability for enterprise SaaS buyers

Role Significance

This position constitutes a specialized marketing function within the organization and requires the exercise of independent professional judgment. The incumbent will manage strategic marketing execution, thereby relieving executive leadership of tactical operational responsibilities and enabling focus on high-level managerial direction and revenue growth.
