Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing both digital and offline marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. While prior experience in the education sector is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with business goals.
• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing funnels to ensure ROI.
• Manage and grow presence on social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with the creative/content team for impactful campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics and ROI.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships for brand promotion and collaborations.
• Oversee offline campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and manage external agencies/vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize ROI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage but not compulsory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
