Marketing Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven CMO with strong strategic thinking to marketing and business growth for our retail clothing brand. The ideal candidate should be able to plan long-term strategies, Target audience , generate customer leads, and Create awareness to our brand across India.

Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing & growth strategies for the clothing brand
• Bring retail and business opportunities including Collaborations from our existing stores, generate New Walkin and online platforms
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through online and offline channels
• Handle digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, influencer marketing, ads)
• Improve brand visibility, awareness, and customer loyalty
• Organize and oversee promotional events, pop-ups, and collaborate team members
• Take ownership among team members and choose Right marketing channel for audience
• Should Know about Omni Channels and Business Expenshion plans and Market knowledge

Requirements:

Experience in retail marketing and channels

Strong strategic thinking and

Understand of e-commerce, CRM, and Content Strategy for fashion retail trends
