Semifront Technologies is an emerging semiconductor company specializing in PCIe technology and advanced silicon design solutions for global clients. With engineering operations in Salt Lake City, Kolkata, and a sales presence in the San Francisco Bay Area, Semifront is part of the FABCI at IIT Hyderabad initiative by MEITY, Government of India.

This internship is for final-year engineering students (about to graduate) who want to bridge technical expertise with business functions. The focus is on engineering-driven sales and marketing with supporting exposure to HR/Admin tasks.

Role Overview
You will apply your engineering background to drive sales and marketing in the semiconductor and AI ecosystem while supporting HR/Admin activities.

• 80% focus: Sales, Marketing & Technical Outreach
• 20% focus: HR/Admin support

This is a desk-based role requiring structured execution with contributions to content, research, automation, and discussions that shape business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing (~80%)

• Use AI-driven tools & metrics to run campaigns, track leads, and optimize outreach
• Research markets, competitors, and prospects in chip design & AI
• Create/adapt technical content, case studies, and documentation for customers and partners
• Support sales discussions, prepare presentations, and assist in product positioning
• Translate technical concepts into impactful customer messaging
• Explore light scripting/automation for data handling, reporting, or outreach

HR & Administrative (~20%)

• Assist with recruitment tasks (job postings, coordination, scheduling)
• Support onboarding, compliance, and employee records
• Maintain HR trackers, prepare reports, and contribute to internal communication
• Handle occasional administrative coordination
