Overview
The Marketing Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in powering ampliFI’s client success and consumer engagement strategies. This role leads the end-to-end marketing implementation process for new rewards program launches, ensuring every client receives a seamless, on-time, and high-quality go-to-market experience. As the primary owner of ampliFI’s client-facing Marketing Portal, this position oversees campaign template development, accessibility compliance, lifecycle marketing resources, and client enablement tools that fuel scalable B2C engagement.
Blending project management leadership, consumer marketing execution, and client-facing platform ownership, this role serves as a strategic connector across Marketing, Client Delivery, Product, Sales, and Design. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about empowering financial institutions to drive cardholder adoption, activation, and long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities

Project Management & Launch Fulfillment

  • Manage the end-to-end B2C and marketing initiatives for financial institution clients, ensuring alignment with program launch milestones and client expectations.
  • Collaborate directly with Client Delivery Project Managers to ensure rewards site builds and all necessary marketing components are ready and integrated into the implementation timeline.
  • Conduct QA for rewards site content, consumer-facing materials, and automated campaigns, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency prior to launch.
  • Ensure the successful launch and implementation of rewards programs by coordinating all go-to-market activities and promotional development.
  • Execute client surveys following implementations, analyze and share insights with internal stakeholders, and apply feedback to drive enhancements.
  • Own the Marketing project board (e.g., Jira) to manage, track, and oversee all marketing deliverables that support the client implementation and launch of new rewards programs.

Marketing Portal & Campaign Execution

  • Manage ampliFI's self-serve marketing portal, which houses 100+ client campaign templates. This includes managing the relationship with the third-party vendor that hosts and maintains the platform.
  • Responsible for oversight and ongoing maintenance of all existing campaign templates within the portal, striving for WCAG accessibility standards and adhering to mobile-first design principles to optimize user experience and engagement, and current regulatory adherence across all materials.
  • Lead design and development of all new marketing campaigns and collateral for the marketing portal, collaborating with Brand Marketing, Product, Sales, Relationship Management, and Design teams to fulfill content and creative needs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the portal, providing demonstrations and guiding clients in effectively leveraging the platform for rewards program marketing initiatives.
  • Own and execute internal reporting on portal usage, template adoption rates, and client activity to provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.

Thought Leadership & Insights

  • Lead ampliFI's efforts to develop client enablement resources, including guides and materials that support product and rewards platform launches and enhancements, both internally and externally.
  • Compile competitive research and industry trends related to rewards, payments, and consumer engagement to inform internal strategy and external messaging.
  • Support the Sales team by providing content, data, and expertise to respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and other support inquiries during the sales and client onboarding processes.

Analytics, Metrics & Enablement

  • Prepare and deliver key metrics and results to both internal and external stakeholders, translating raw data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain familiarity with marketing metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and competitive analyses to benchmark program success.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
  • 5–7 years of product and B2C marketing experience, with 3–5 years of developing and executing campaigns that drive product adoption and elevate consumer engagement.
  • Proven project management experience using Jira or similar Agile tools to manage high-volume, cross-functional project boards and deliverables.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Domain expertise in financial services, including credit unions, banking, and payments, with loyalty and rewards knowledge preferred.
  • Technical acumen including experience with basic coding such as HTML or Markdown, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Cloud as a plus.
