Reporting to the Digital Marketing Technology Supervisor, the Marketing Insights Analyst II will lead data-driven initiatives across marketing, product, and strategic planning. In this role, you will own key dashboards, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into impactful business decisions.

This position is part of the Growth Marketing Team located in Bangalore, India and will be on-site.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Adobe Analytics, GA4, SEMRush or other B2B MarTech: Deliver suggestions to optimize CMS/PIM, web analytics, marketing automation, SEO, and survey results.
• Marketing performance analysis & BI dashboarding: Design BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to marketing, brand, and product teams.
• Attribution modeling & funnel analysis expertise: Clarify channel performance and customer journey impact.
• Strong communicator and cross-functional leader: Lead reporting meetings, translate data into business language, and influence decisions
• Experience with A/B testing and growth experimentation: Implement and evaluate experiments to optimize campaigns and drive scalable marketing outcomes.
