POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Integration Manager is responsible for helping Cardone Ventures clients achieve their transformational growth goals by leading the rollout, integration, and adoption of our CRM product offering (Scale). Working directly with clients and internal stakeholders, this individual manages end-to-end CRM implementation, provides strategic guidance, and ensures clients are equipped to grow their businesses through effective use of our platform.
This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, marketing automation, and customer success. Success requires deep CRM expertise, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centric environment. The Marketing Integration Manager will own the systems and workflows that drive client engagement, revenue attribution, and cross-platform data integrity — while continuously identifying opportunities to improve both the client experience and the product itself.

- Stable, observable workflows with alerts, retries, and dead-letter handling.
- Snapshotted, versioned builds that promote cleanly from sandbox to prod.
- Attribution and pipeline numbers match source systems within defined variance.
- Ability to write or leverage AI to complete copywriting for email, SMS, and physical client collateral
OBJECTIVES
- Own the end-to-end CRM system, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and optimization of workflows, pipelines, and automation sequences.
- Build, test, and maintain automation sequences that drive client engagement, nurture leads, and improve retention.
- Implement and monitor revenue attribution models across marketing, sales, and service systems.
- Integrate CRM with external platforms (ad networks, payment processors, analytics tools, email/SMS systems) to create unified data flows.
- Create dashboards and reporting structures for revenue performance, funnel velocity, and automation efficiency; conduct regular audits to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Document all processes, workflows, and SOPs to ensure scalability and repeatability across clients.
- Onboard new clients to our CRM offering, managing the full implementation process from kickoff through adoption, including training on all key platform features.
- Regularly address support inquiries, assess CRM effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve usage.
- Advise clients on optimizing their CRM usage to improve performance and ROI, and develop them into brand advocates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure revenue metrics are accurately tracked and systems issues are resolved efficiently.
COMPETENCIES
- CRM Expertise – Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), including pipeline management, record customization, and workflow architecture.
- Marketing Automation – Skilled in building, testing, and optimizing triggers, nurture sequences, and automation logic across platforms.
- Revenue Operations (RevOps) – Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, funnel velocity, revenue attribution, and cross-departmental alignment.
- Systems Integration – Ability to connect CRM with ad platforms, analytics tools, finance systems, and third-party applications.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Proficient in designing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and translating data into actionable business decisions.
- Process Optimization & Documentation – Experienced in mapping, auditing, and streamlining workflows, and standardizing processes into SOPs for training and repeatable execution.
- Technical Aptitude – Comfortable with APIs, automation logic, tagging systems, and troubleshooting errors across platforms.
- Client Relationship Management – Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Effective communicator and collaborator across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Project Management – Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client implementations and automation initiatives simultaneously.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM administration and marketing automation.
- 2+ years in a client-facing role with demonstrated success in onboarding, training, or account management..
- Experience building dashboards, attribution models, and performance reports.
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a strong plus.
- CRM or automation platform certifications (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign) preferred.
- Additional credentials in data analytics, RevOps, or project management (e.g., Salesforce Admin, HubSpot RevOps, Google Analytics, PMP) are a plus.
