  • Own and manage the marketing CRM as the single source of truth for leads, accounts, and opportunities.
  • Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and governance across all marketing and sales systems.
  • Design and optimize CRM workflows supporting ABM, lead scoring, automation, and sales handoff.
  • Build unified marketing performance dashboards tracking brand, demand, and thought leadership KPIs.
  • Measure and report on pipeline health, MQA rate, CAC/MQA, and campaign ROI monthly and quarterly.
  • Generate actionable insights and forecasts to guide marketing strategy, budgeting, and territory planning.
  • Integrate data from CRM, automation, and digital channels into a single intelligence layer.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align attribution models, KPIs, and reporting standards.
  • Lead CRM integration and data alignment during the website revamp and digital platform updates.
  • Deliver executive dashboards and insight reports for leadership and board decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science or related field
  • 5-7 relevant years of experience in CRM & Data Management – Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or equivalent) to manage, integrate, and govern marketing and sales data with high accuracy.
  • Campaign Automation – Hands-on experience designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel automated campaigns with lead scoring, nurturing, and performance tracking.
  • Analytics & Insights – Strong analytical skills to build dashboards (Power BI / Looker Studio), track KPIs (MQA rate, CAC, ROI), and translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Data Integration & Intelligence – Ability to connect CRM, automation, and digital platforms into a unified marketing intelligence system for full-funnel visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Skilled at aligning with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve attribution, reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Continuous Optimization & Governance – Passion for improving data quality, automation efficiency, and campaign effectiveness through structured testing and insight-driven decision making.
