Job Title: Marketing Intern (Z & M Consultancy)

Location: DHA-II, ISLAMABAD

Duration: 3-6 months (Can be Converted to Full Time Job)

Type: Commission-Based Internship (No Basic Salary)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated "Marketing Intern" to boost our Study Abroad Consultancy’s online presence. You’ll earn "Performance-based commissions" by driving student inquiries and conversions through social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create & schedule engaging posts for **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube**.

- Run targeted ads (Google/Facebook/LinkedIn) to generate leads.

- Write blogs, emails, and SEO-friendly content to attract students.

- Engage with potential students via comments, DMs, and emails.

- Track campaign performance and optimize for conversions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or current student) in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).

- Strong English writing and social media skills.

- Basic knowledge of Canva, SEO, or ads (training will be provided).

- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with "commission-only pay".

Compensation:

- 100% commission-based (No fixed salary).

- Earn based on **Student inquiries, conversions, or ad performance**.
