Marketing Intern

Overview

Elite Interactive Solutions is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing and administrative functions while gaining hands-on experience across digital campaigns, events, and client engagement. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in marketing operations, SEO/PPC, social media management, and event coordination.

The intern will contribute to both day-to-day tasks (lead routing, database management, social media posts) and project-based assignments (industry events, webinars, email campaigns), while also assisting with analysis and reporting on campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Administrative Support

• Assist with planning and logistics for industry events (exhibiting, presenting, shipping, signage, promotional items, literature).
• Support webinars by setting up registration pages, coordinating graphics, and providing technical assistance.
• Manage inventory of marketing materials (1-page collateral, stock images, video clips).
• Process and track invoices related to marketing activities.
• Coordinate annual client account reviews (scheduling, compiling data, distributing reports).

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Route and track inbound SEO/PPC/website leads to sales teams.
• Assist in managing email campaigns and promotions, including list preparation, distribution, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director on social media management (posting and monitoring on Facebook, Instagram, and X/Twitter).
• Help maintain and update marketing databases for leads and prospects.

SEO & Paid Media Exposure

• Support keyword research and content optimization projects.
• Assist with analyzing digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Participate in A/B testing initiatives for ads, landing pages, or email campaigns.
• Learn how to optimize ads across Google Ads and social platforms under the supervision of the Marketing Director.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or paid advertising (coursework or internships a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or social ad platforms preferred.
• Creative problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
