Roles & Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in developing high-quality content for various digital channels, including social media, blogs, email marketing, and website content.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Email Marketing: Support the email marketing efforts by helping create and send email campaigns, segmenting email lists, and monitoring campaign performance.
- SEO and SEM: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) and managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase online visibility.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns' performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform digital marketing strategies.
- Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for online marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Want to learn how a D2C brand builds trust, community, and conversions
- Basic knowledge of storytelling, design collaboration, or UGC marketing
- Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, WhatsApp broadcast tools
- Shopify / Amazon Seller Central
- Google Sheets, Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have basic writing and coordination skills, and attention to detail
- Are passionate about wellness, women-first brands, or femtech
Job Type: Full-time
