The Marketing Coordinator's primary responsibilities include co-op
submission and management, assisting in company advertising initiatives, and
data compilation to aid in the strategic direction of advertising plans. The ideal
candidate is an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for
marketing and a desire to grow within the automotive industry.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning Support:
o Assist in the development and execution of platform marketing
strategies
o Coordinate with GM's and agency partners to review marketing
plans and performance
o Support the management of advertising and digital agency
relationships
o Assist in developing, managing, and reconciling store and platform
marketing budgets
o Track and report on co-op standards and utilization
o Submit and manage co-op claims and ensure timely reimbursement
o Work with agency partners to execute budgets effectively
o Support key branding initiatives to ensure consistency across the
organization
o Help maintain up-to-date OEM and company branding guidelines
o Assist in planning and executing content marketing, social media,
and PR strategies that reinforce brand identity
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
o Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies,
including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
o Ensure online marketing efforts align with company objectives and
suggest adjustments as needed
o Oversee content marketing strategies and manage digital marketing
budgets
