Marketing Intern

Interns work collaboratively on teams to conduct research that improves our brand, communications, and strategy. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate has a strong understanding of brand marketing, social media, and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in working on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
• Support content creation (posts, captions, basic designs, video ideas, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Help with reporting and performance tracking
• Contribute ideas for brand awareness and customer engagement

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree (or ongoing studies) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar design tools
• Preferably currently studying at a university in Qatar or recently graduated
• Strong interest in marketing, digital media, and consumer behavior
• Good communication and writing skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive and self-motivated mindset
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media, and digital trends

This is an unpaid internship, offering valuable hands-on experience. Outstanding performance may lead to a permanent position at Tamanna BNPL.
