Marketing Intern

Pure Minds Academy Dubai provides STEM-based learning programs including formal UK accredited NCFE courses for children (STEM, Robotics, Coding). We are looking to hire a Marketing Intern.

This role is for someone at the start of their marketing journey who wants to build real, practical skills by running day to day marketing execution across website updates, social media content, lead handling, and coordination with our external partners. You will work closely with the management and operations team, learn fast, and take ownership early.

Key responsibilities:

1) Website management (weekly updates and accuracy)

• Update and maintain the website with timely information for: holiday camps, Saturday classes, NCFE certified courses, new programs, schedules, and announcements.
• Create/update landing pages, banners, program pages, and basic web content (copy + layout).
• Ensure all information is consistent (timings, pricing, registration links, FAQs) and always current.
• Maintain a simple content calendar to ensure nothing goes outdated.

2) Social media execution (LinkedIn + Instagram primarily)

• Create and publish posts, reels, stories, and updates aligned to Pure Minds Academy’s brand tone.
• Convert program information into high-conversion content (clear message, CTA, visuals).
• Coordinate with internal team to gather photos/videos from classes and camps.
• Track what content performs well and iterate (format, hook, caption style, timing).

3) Partner coordination (Nexa + marketing ops)

• Liaise with the Nexa team to support SEO performance and implement requested updates.
• Coordinate design/content needs: briefs, feedback rounds, approvals, and final publishing.
• Support HubSpot-related needs: basic updates, forms, landing pages, lead routing, and reporting support (as applicable).

4) Lead handling and parent communication

• Respond to parent enquiries on WhatsApp and other channels using approved messaging.
• Manage and qualify enquiries: understand needs, share correct program info, guide to registration, and escalate when needed.
• Support AI chat/automated responses by updating FAQs, responses, and conversation flows (where relevant).
• Maintain enquiry logs and ensure follow-ups are done on time.

What success looks like (first 60–90 days)

• Website stays consistently updated with no outdated camp/class info.
• Social media content is posted regularly with improved engagement and clearer CTAs.
• Parent enquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and lead to higher conversions.
• Smooth coordination with NEXA for SEO/design/HubSpot tasks with fewer delays.

Required profile (must-have)

• Fresh graduate or early career candidate who genuinely wants marketing as a long term career path.
• Strong written English (Arabic is a plus, not mandatory) and clear communication.
• Comfortable with creating content and being hands-on (copy, visuals, posting, replies).
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks without losing details.
• Willing to learn tools quickly and take feedback well.

Preferred skills (nice to have)

• Fair understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats (reels, carousels, hooks, captions).
• Familiarity with Canva (or similar design tools).
• Basic awareness of SEO concepts and how websites affect discovery.
• Any exposure to HubSpot (even beginner level).

Working style

• Fast paced, detail heavy, and execution focused.
• Complete accountability: if it’s published, it must be correct.
• You will get guidance and structure, but you must be proactive and consistent.
