Marketing Intern

position : Marketing Intern

Location : Pune

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Marketing Intern who will be responsible for connecting with colleges, arranging seminars, and managing the complete communication cycle between Speedup Infotech and educational institutions. This role involves outreach, email communication, follow-ups, seminar scheduling, and coordinating with internal trainers.

Key Responsibilities

1. College Outreach & Relationship Building • Identify and maintain a list of targeted colleges for seminar opportunities. • Send professional emails to college management, placement cells, and department heads. • Follow up with colleges to build strong long-term relationships.

2. Email Communication & Follow-ups • Draft, send, and monitor outgoing emails to colleges. • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from colleges. • Maintain communication logs and ensure timely follow-ups.

3. Seminar Coordination & Scheduling • Understand college requirements and schedule seminars accordingly. • Coordinate with Speedup Infotech trainers regarding seminar timing and session topics. • Share seminar agendas, confirmation emails, and schedules with colleges.

4. Process Management & Reporting • Maintain an updated tracker of outreach, responses, follow-ups, and scheduled seminars. • Ensure smooth coordination for each seminar from start to end. • Report weekly progress to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing / Business Development preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong email drafting, follow-up, and coordination skills. • Ability to build relationships with college stakeholders. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking activities. • Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
