C4 Mobile Gaming is looking for a sharp, hungry Marketing Intern (Paid) who wants real-world reps—not busywork. You’ll help run digital campaigns, support content creation, and learn how modern marketing teams use AI tools to move faster, test more ideas, and improve results.

You’ll work directly with our team to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate bookings through social media, website optimization, and email/SMS follow-up. If you want to build a portfolio with work that actually ships and performs, this role is for you.

What you’ll doDigital & Social Campaign Support

  • Assist with planning and executing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Help build campaign assets (copy, creative ideas, targeting notes) and support launch + optimization
  • Use AI tools to generate creative variations, hooks, captions, and ad angles for testing

Content Creation & Coordination

  • Write engaging copy for social posts, ads, website updates, and email campaigns
  • Provide clear direction to our design team on creative needs (what we’re making, why it matters, and how it should look)
  • Update website content as needed (landing pages, promos, event pages)
  • Use AI to speed up first drafts, improve clarity, and repurpose content across platforms (your job is to make it better, not just “auto-generate”)

SEO + Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and recommend updates to improve organic visibility
  • Use SEO tools to help optimize on-page content (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links)
  • Support content ideas that rank locally and drive bookings

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and reporting dashboards
  • Track results and highlight what’s working / what needs to change (creative, audience, offer, landing page)
  • Use AI to summarize campaign insights and propose next test ideas

Email Marketing & Audience Segmentation

  • Support email marketing campaigns: content drafts, list segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Help build follow-up sequences for leads (newsletters, promos, event reminders)
  • Use AI to create variations and improve subject lines, CTAs, and click-through performance

Community & Engagement

  • Schedule posts, respond to basic comments/messages, and track engagement metrics
  • Help spot trends and turn them into content ideas fast

Tools you’ll use (and learn fast)

  • Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager (support level)
  • Google Analytics + Google Ads (support level)
  • WordPress (basic updates)
  • Basic design tools (Canva or Adobe tools depending on skill level)
  • AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT and other approved tools) for ideation, copy, content repurposing, and reporting

What we’re looking for

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn quickly
  • Comfortable writing clear, persuasive copy (captions, ad copy, short-form scripts)
  • Organized and reliable—can manage tasks, deadlines, and feedback without hand-holding
  • Understands that AI is a tool, not a replacement for judgment and quality
  • Can take direction, but also bring ideas

Preferred (not required)

  • Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Meta ads, or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Experience in content creation (Reels/TikTok edits, photography, short-form scripting)
