Job Title: Marketing Intern – Personal Care Product Manufacturing

Our seed extracts have unique chemistries that make them viable alternatives to synthetic emollients, suitable for use in a wide range of applications including skin care, color cosmetics, hair care, and more. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team, gaining hands-on experience in marketing and production within the personal care industry. This position will report to the Ecommerce/Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create graphics, engaging content and other marketing materials that support campaigns and reflect brand standards across multiple channels (digital, social, and print).
• Help manage our social media accounts by engaging with users and communities, while tracking performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product positioning.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Passion for personal care, skincare, or beauty industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, analytics).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• The successful candidate will need to report to the production facility in Salem, OR

Compensation:

• This is a paid internship, 2 days per week, 3-4hrs per day.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
