Role Overview
Springfield Nursery is seeking a proactive and organized Lead Management Executive to manage parent inquiries, track admissions leads, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. This role is critical in maintaining strong communication with prospective families and supporting the nursery’s growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Tracking
- Manage all incoming inquiries (phone, email, website, walk-ins, social media).
- Maintain and update the lead database/CRM daily.
- Categorize leads by age group, program interest, and enrollment timeline.
- Ensure timely follow-ups within agreed SLAs (e.g., 24 hours).
2. Parent Communication
- Provide accurate information about nursery programs, curriculum, fees, and policies.
- Schedule and coordinate nursery tours and trial sessions.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture interested parents.
- Address parent queries professionally and empathetically.
3. Admissions Support
- Guide parents through the application and enrollment process.
- Collect required documentation and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with accounts team for fee confirmations.
- Maintain enrollment records accurately.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion rates.
- Track marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
5. Coordination & Marketing Support
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
- Support open house events and parent engagement activities.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all communications.
