What You’ll Be Doing:

Mindr is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Intern with a sharp eye for Graphic Design to lead the visual evolution of our core product lines: Keepr and Keepr Drive. Your mission is to bridge the gap between scroll-stopping creative and digital storefront conversion. You will be responsible for designing visual assets, video overlays, and storefront enhancements that turn our solutions into high-performing, shoppable content.

In addition to creative and content production, you will be auditing social profiles, proactively researching and assessing channels, and have the opportunity to support setting up the technical infrastructure for social commerce (TikTok Shop/IG Shopping) as our operational capabilities evolve.

1. Visual Storytelling & Social Profile Cleanup

Brand Presence Management: Conduct a "Social Media Cleanup" for Mindr’s Keepr and Keepr Drive profiles. Update bios, highlight covers, and pinned posts to ensure a cohesive, professional aesthetic.

Creative Remixing: Audit existing Mindr product assets and redesign them into high-energy, vertical formats using motion graphics and "Problem/Solution" visual hooks.

Content Production: Script, film, and edit educational TikToks and Reels showcasing the utility of Keepr and Keepr Drive.

2. E-commerce Strategy & Channel Integration

Social Commerce Research: Research the requirements for launching "Buy it Now" features on TikTok and Instagram for Mindr’s product verticals.

Implementation Support: If the opportunity arises, assist in setting up product tags and storefront integrations to ensure a frictionless Shopify checkout journey.

Shopify UI/UX Design: Design "trust-building" elements for product pages, such as custom FAQ graphics and feature icons.

3. Performance Marketing & Internal Advocacy

SEO Design: Design "Keyword Hooks" for video covers and thumbnails to maximize organic indexing and search discoverability for Keepr and Keepr Drive.

Internal Advocacy: Design "Product Spotlight" assets to showcase social growth and community feedback to the internal Mindr team.

Performance Creative: Develop visual data summaries for the internal Mindr team to communicate organic social growth trends based on how your assets perform, SEO wins, and evolving audience sentiment.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

1. Eligibility: We welcome applications from High School Juniors and Seniors, as well as current College Students.

2. Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or high-level mobile editing tools (CapCut, Canva). A portfolio or work samples are highly encouraged.

3. Platform Native: A deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels—you know the trends, the typography, and the pacing that works now.

4. Builder Mindset: A proactive student who is curious about the "back-end" of social media and e-commerce platforms.

5. Visual Storyteller: Ability to communicate a product's value through clean, modern, and effective design.

6. Professionalism: Ability to balance academic commitments with professional deadlines and collaborate with various team leads.
