Marketing Intern

Position Summary:

The Marketing Intern reports directly to the Marketing Project Manager and supports the operational execution of a brand evolution by helping update, organize, and QA marketing assets to ensure a consistent and polished experience across all touch-points.

This is a part-time, paid summer internship (8–12 hours/week), based in our Burlington, VT office, with hours spread across two in-office days.

Responsibilities:

Brand & Asset Updates

  • Update logos, visuals, and formatting across internal documents, templates, emails, and forms

  • Support migrating select collateral into Canva and help set up a centralized, brand-aligned workspace (colors, logos, imagery, templates) for internal teams

  • Assist in preparing and formatting materials for consistency across the new brand

Website & Content Support

  • Assist with content migration for the new website (formatting and moving content into the new system)

  • Build and organize copy documents for Help Center articles

  • Update links, including redirect mapping and QA

Organization & Cleanup

  • Archive outdated collateral and Help Center content

  • Organize imagery and marketing assets across shared systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Improve file naming, structure, and version control to support long-term usability

Systems & Tracking

  • Support updates in tools like HubSpot (basic content, templates, and organizational tasks)

  • Help maintain a master launch tracker to monitor progress across assets and updates

  • Assist with general file/server organization and cleanup

Qualifications:

  • Interest in marketing, operations, or project management

  • Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to spot inconsistencies

  • Highly organized and comfortable working through repetitive, process-driven tasks

  • Ability to follow established guidelines and complete tasks accurately

  • Familiarity with Google Drive and spreadsheets required

  • Experience with Canva, HubSpot, or Dropbox is a plus (Adobe including InDesign and Illustrator tools are a bonus, not required)

$16.00-$18.00 per hour
