What You’ll Learn & Do

• Proposal Support: Be part of the action helping us craft winning proposals.
• Project Profile Creation: Develop new project sheets using information provided by project managers, utilizing Adobe InDesign.
• Resume Updates: Update team resumes to keep everything fresh and polished.
• InDesign Creative Library: Develop graphic assets using information provided by the marketing and project teams.
• Social Media Content: Help develop content that grows our online presence.
• Cosential Database Entry: Learn the magic behind managing a marketing database. Input project and personnel information in Cosential.
• National Collaboration: Work with marketing professionals across our seven U.S. offices and gain experience in national coordination.
• Executive Access: Engage directly with company leadership and board members, learning how to communicate and collaborate with top leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Current students or recent grads in marketing, public relations, journalism, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus!
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about social media content creation and strategy.
