Job Summary

- Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Help manage website content updates using WordPress and basic HTML coding to ensure accurate and compelling information dissemination.
- Collaborate with the team on SEO strategies to improve online visibility and organic search rankings for mental health initiatives.
- Support the use of marketing automation platforms to streamline email campaigns, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.
- Contribute to performance marketing efforts by analyzing campaign data, preparing reports, and recommending improvements for ongoing projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative multichannel marketing approaches that enhance outreach efforts across digital and print media.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field with an interest in mental health advocacy.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and WordPress.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, social media marketing strategies, and content marketing techniques.
- Basic understanding of HTML coding and website management is preferred.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data insights for campaign optimization.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience with advertising sales or B2B marketing is a plus but not required.
