Marketing Intern — Paid Internship

LIFE is hiring a Marketing Intern to support our Marketing & IT department, which provides career training and delivers marketing and technology services to individuals and organizations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, client support, and marketing analytics while working alongside experienced mentors and building real portfolio work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with digital marketing strategies and campaign support
• Support basic SEO updates (content optimization, website updates, internal linking)
• Create content in Canva (social posts, simple graphics, promotional assets)
• Light video editing in CapCut (cuts, captions, resizing for Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
• Draft content for social media, newsletters, and promotional emails (with guidance)
• Support client communication and provide campaign progress updates
• Track results using Google Analytics and platform insights
• Help manage tasks and timelines using Asana
• Support meeting follow-ups by taking clear, detailed notes, capturing decisions and next steps, and sharing summaries with the team
• Update Asana tasks after meetings based on action items and deadlines
• Assist the Program Director with program support (scheduling, communications, coordinating materials, and other day-to-day assistance as needed)

Qualifications

• Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO
• Comfortable learning tools like Asana, Canva, and CapCut
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to take excellent notes and clearly summarize discussions, decisions, and action items
• Available 15–20 hours/week for 3 months

Growth Opportunity (Hours/Extension)

If it’s a strong fit and performance is excellent, there may be an opportunity to extend the internship and/or increase weekly hours beyond the initial 3-month period.
