Position Overview
The Marketing & Internal Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting company growth through digital marketing initiatives, employee training development, and cross-functional project coordination.
This role blends brand development, content strategy, internal communication, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working closely with leadership to turn ideas into structured, executable plans.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Digital Marketing
- Manage and maintain a consistent online presence across social media and digital platforms.
- Develop and distribute company communications, including newsletters and branded content.
- Support website updates and digital content improvements.
- Monitor website performance and assist with ongoing SEO and optimization efforts.
- Contribute to the growth and promotion of the company’s educational YouTube channel.
Training & Internal Development
- Develop and refine onboarding and training programs for new and existing employees.
- Create internal resources, guides, and documentation that improve clarity and efficiency.
- Coordinate and support company learning initiatives such as training sessions and workshops.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Support
- Work closely with leadership and department heads to brainstorm, develop, and implement new initiatives.
- Help transform ideas into structured plans, documentation, and actionable steps.
- Support multiple departments by improving communication, organization, and workflow visibility.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Systems & Organization
- Maintain organized digital systems and internal resources to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Help implement and manage tools that track progress, initiatives, and company-wide goals.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and structure across teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of analytics, website optimization, or SEO best practices is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical product environments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
