Work Performed

I. Strategic Planning, Organization, & Information Management

  • Strategic Planning & Calendar Ownership: Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive annual promotional calendar for each of the hotels in the region and hotel collection. This includes actively collaborating with hotel teams to ensure forward-looking planning and organization of all seasonal menus, events, and packages well in advance of execution.
  • Operations Coordination & Planning Ahead: Attend all relevant Ops, F&B, Hotel Leadership, and Sales planning meetings for the seven regional hotels. The core objective is to develop a proactive planning rhythm across the hotels, ensuring all necessary marketing details are defined and secured early in the planning process.
  • Detail Acquisition & Execution: Proactively chase down and consolidate all essential details, timelines, specs, and logistics related to upcoming events, seasonal menus, and package offerings, including the coordination and finalization of approved F&B menus.
  • Information Funneling: Serve as the primary conduit for all regional content, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of details, assets, and messaging to the corporate Marketing team for deployment across corporate channels (website, hotel and F&B social media, newsletters).
  • Project Management: Manage cross-departmental tasks and timelines across the seven properties to ensure all marketing-related deliverables (e.g., event descriptions, approved photos, menu text) are submitted on schedule.

II. Content Creation & On-Site Execution

  • Field Photography/Videography: Act as the designated on-site content creator, attending hotel events, F&B openings, and operational milestones to capture high-quality, brand-appropriate photos and short-form videos.
  • Social Media Content Curation:
    • Submission: Capture and submit approved, event-specific and operational content directly to the Corporate Marketing team for review and posting on corporate social media channels.
    • User-Generated Content (UGC): Actively monitor, collect, and curate potential user-generated content from the region for submission to Corporate Marketing for approval and use. Run engagement activities as required.
  • Asset Management: Organize and tag all content/photos captured, ensuring they are stored correctly and easily accessible by the corporate Marketing team.

III. Localized Marketing Execution

  • Email Campaign Development: Utilize the Toast platform to lay out and draft localized email campaigns. All draft campaigns must be submitted to the corporate Marketing Department for mandatory final review and approval before deployment.
  • Collateral Design & Approval: Design specific property-level marketing materials (e.g., in-room flyers, event posters, small signage) according to corporate brand guidelines. All materials must be submitted to the corporate Marketing Department for final approval before being printed or deployed in the properties, ensuring brand compliance.
  • Marketing Organization: Work with onsite hotel teams to organize the execution of local marketing needs, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines.
