Marketing Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support our overall marketing and go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in developing product positioning, executing marketing campaigns, managing digital presence, and creating impactful marketing collaterals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to enhance brand visibility and drive product adoption across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear product positioning and value propositions across different markets.
• Create impactful marketing collaterals — brochures, case studies, presentations, newsletters, and videos.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and product/feature launches.
• Manage digital marketing presence including website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain visual and message consistency.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and brand visibility metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, CMS).
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and design aesthetics.
